Hi guys✌

Today i talk about a TV programme i watched as a child. I remember when i was 5 years old i really enjoyed watching TV, i spent hours watching channel 2 where they showed many children´s programs, my favorite was Barney and his friends. I liked watching the show because it was fun, i liked Barney is song like "i love you and me" and i also loved Baby Bop and B.J. The TV programme was about a purple dinosaur on adventures with his friends, i liked it to be educational and fun at the same time. When i was a little child i watched the show at breakfast time at 7am or 8am. Barney had many friends but the one i liked most was B.J,he made me laugh a lot about his antics. The show was broadcast until 2009, i think by that same year i stopped watching it, as i was growing the program no longer had much fun 😢, but it was very important to me, i was very educated.

The programme of Barney and his friends is no longer active but i think it lives on in the memory of many people who saw it when they were little, more that one you know the song of "Barney is a dinosaur..."

BBC Learning English: My opinion

Hi guys.

Today i will talk about BBC learning english, a website that helps you to study English. To access the site, you must visit the following link (https://www.bbc.co.uk/learningenglish/).

The site is divided into categories, and is divided into different sections such as: Courses, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, news, more.

I think that the site helps a lot to understand English with the different courses that they have, i think that each activity will help you to study English.

Now i will write a little bit about each category.

                                                                     Courses:

In this section i chose to watch the video of the first section where a group of people who struggle to speak English gather in a circle to introduce themselves and learn how to use English in their daily lives. i find it a very useful video because apart from giving us the material to use English in our daily lives, it shows us a part of the basic English learning path, i find it very useful to start with.

Grammar:

For grammar i chose the activity "like", where they teach how to use the word "like" in different contexts. i like how it teaches us with a video about how they like cats, it's a short but entertaining activity. i think it's useful to be able to put together sentences when referring to someone's taste, it's a little short but for all the activities on the site, it's very good.

                                                              Pronunciation: 

For pronunciation i chose the tim section, which teaches us how to pronounce English in a correct way, with different activities, etc. The video i chose "Tim´s pronunciation workshop" he goes out to the streets of london to do an activity of how one pronounces some phrases that tim gives him, however the pronunciation is not the same for everyone, some change some words, say it in a different way, etc. i find it very useful because it is a short video that focuses on how one pronounces the different words, i really liked that it is not only tim who speaks, but also some inhabitants of london.

                                                               Vocabulary:

For vocabulary i chose to watch the vegetable video, where they put together phrases with 10 different vegetables. i liked the video because it names the vegetables and the phrases more than once, plus everything it says is written, i think the video works both as vocabulary and pronunciation, the phrases seem very useful to me because in our daily life we eat vegetables and more than once we have used those phrases in Spanish.

                                                                      News:

The site's news is not a written page, but a video newscast, where the reporters talk about the news and show us images of what they are talking about. For this section i chose the video of section 1 "The hottest January day ever", i really liked how they told the news. i find it very useful because apart from learning English, you also get information about what is going on in the world.

For the "more" point i chose to do a quiz where i had to complete the words, i liked it a lot but it was very short :(, i would have liked it to be longer sjsjsjsjsj. However  i found it very useful, since you must remember how to write the words that ask you, i feel it works as memory and vocabulary.

My little Friend

Hi guys

Today i will talk about my friend Fernanda, she is my best friend sinse 2013 when we were both in 5th grade. I met her one day when they sat us down together, at first i was very shy to tallk to her, but i did and we talked all day about anime since we both love anime 💓. She and i we saw every day at school, we ate together, we danced, and we shared the taste for anime, we went to an anime fair doing cosplay, going to expo (anime fair) became a tradition as well as taking pictures or ocasionally making slumber party.

Unfortunalety all that changed we she moved to Punta Arenas, we didn´t met each other much but we talk every month by call to talk about everything that has happened in our lives, we talk for up to 5 hours without stopping, or we watch movies, we share but everuthing at a distance, she is really a friend that i value a lot. 

The last time we met in person was on vacation, she come for week to Santiago and we together all week "chismoseando" of life and well remevering the good times we lived together, now with the university we are very stressed but talking once a month makes us forget the stress university JSJSJSJSJ.

 

When we went to school we always sang the openig song of Slam Dunk... "Brillante resplandor hay aqui cuando vas corriendo por la ciudad..."

A Family Meal

Hi guys

Today i will write about a dinner with my family that i had there in 2014, we lived in my old house, which i liked very much, it was little but very welcoming. I remember that moment because i ate one of the richest meals i could have ever eaten in my life <3 😋😋

My mom had brought crab from her job, the crab was already cooked and we justhad to eat it and enjoy it, it was very rich i liked it a lot althought i am not a fan of seafood... The crab became one my favorite althougt it is a bit expensive :( so i haven´t been able to eat it for a long time. Much beyond food, dinner and speding time with my family was the most important, to have those dinners in the afternoon, enjoy and laugh... it is what i remember most and makes me happy, as we ate the crab, as we talked y and well remember a lot my grandfather talking about when he was a fisherman, small conversation that always he tell when we sit down to eat.

The truth is that i really enjoy the company of my family...And i really like the crab, yomi yomi.

ITALY

 Hi guys

Today i will write about a country i would like to visit. Since i was a child i have liked European culture, It is very difficult for me to choose a country, because everyone has something i like, like its architecture, lanscape, food or culture itself. I think yes i would have to choose a country throught which to start travelin would be Italy. 

I think that in the not too distant future i would like to travel to Italy, to visit its cities, to get lost in Roma, Florence or Venice. Be able to travel by train, enjoy its cuisine such as noodles, lasagne or pizza yomi yomi :p. 

The ideal would be to travel with my cousin Barbara, or with someone very close to me as future boyfriend, to also enjoy their company. I would like to enjoy the country as long as possible, about two to three weeks i would say it would be the minimum to visit the tower of Pisa, The roman coliseum, The roman forum, The Sistine chapel, cascine park... Honestly there are many thing i do not want to miss :(. 

I believe that what i will most like about Italy is the art that is carried in the city, and not only in the city but in the country, the small towns, the people, their culture is what most calls my attention to go and get to know it.

Something You did last weekend

Hi guys

Today i will write about a little thing i did last weekend. As was the week off, i rest all week, but the last saturday i went for a walk throught the ecological community located in Peñalolen, i went alone because i wanted to rest and relax a little bit everything.

The ecological community is very beautiful, its vegetation makes you fell at peace, i really enjoyed walking there. I was more or less walking around the place for 2 hours, taking pictures and enjoying the natural landscape, i took some water and food to sit somewhere to rest, while eathing i heard the sound of the animals and the leaves of the trees moving, it was a sensation that i enjoyed very much. I like to go to the ecological community, the nature of the place, its clean air and clear sky, i fell stressed, it relaxes me a lot and makes me feel disconnected from everything around me.

The photo i took while walking arount the ecological community, is a photo that i found very beautiful, althought seeing the place in person is more pleasant, it is much more beautiful and quiet, really a feeling of freedom from everything arond me.

A little page on social media

Hi guys today I will write about a social networking site that I use frequently and that I like a lot.

It's called animeflv "https://www3.animeflv.net/" it's a page to watch anime illegally :(, it publishes daily new episodes of anime that are on air, I met it thanks to my brother, since he induced me to watch anime, when I was 11 years old I watched my first anime "death note" and "mirmo zigbang". Very good anime, so super recommended especially the last one that is not so well known.

I use this site daily since I'm finishing watching "one piece", when I finish it I'll see if I watch another anime or not, but finishing one piece is something I'll think about at least in 10 years.

I like this site a lot, I like to watch anime, it entertains me a lot, and this page although it is illegal is from fans for fans, therefore its sale is wrong, they only share so that we can consume it.
